This course is the second module of the Creating Viral Teams Training Series: Unleashing Viral Leadership.
Many individuals are placed in positions of leadership in part thanks to their intrinsic motivation. But when they begin to manage teams, they quickly realize that not everyone is as self-motivated as they are.
Without the right information and strategy, motivating team members becomes an exercise of trial and error. This approach often leads to frustration on the side of the leader as well as the team member.
